Start with tofu or cassava, then build a wider assortment around material, particle format, fragrance, performance target and packaging.
Recognizable plant-fiber pellets with configurable fragrance and pack options for private-label programs.
Fine 0.2-3 mm plant-based granules for buyers evaluating texture, clump feel and a differentiated material story.
Compare tofu and cassavaClumping mineral litter developed for everyday retail, distributor and private-label programs.
Review bentonite directionFlexible tofu, clay and functional-additive blends aligned to performance and price targets.
Review mixed litter directionAbsorbent crystal formats for lightweight handling, visual differentiation and low-maintenance positioning.
Review crystal litter directionFIVE PRODUCT FAMILIES
Compare the product format, selling points and project specifications for all five ranges before selecting a sample direction.
A recognizable plant-fiber pellet format for brands that want a clear material story and a product range that can be shaped around fragrance, particle format and packaging. The final clumping, dust, tracking and odor-control targets are confirmed against the approved sample and written SKU specification.
The cylindrical pellet appearance gives the range an immediately recognizable shelf and product story.
Discuss fragrance, color, functional additives, pack weight, bag structure and artwork around the destination market.
Clumping, dust, tracking, absorption, odor control and transport stability can be checked against the approved project sample.
A fine-grain starch-based direction for buyers seeking a sand-like texture and a different shelf story from conventional pellets or mineral litter. Published cassava-litter formulations show that products may combine cassava starch with other starches, mineral components, binders and odor-control ingredients, so composition, particle distribution and moisture control should be evaluated together rather than assuming every cassava litter is the same.
The smaller particle direction supports a familiar sand-like feel and can be evaluated for paw comfort and scoop handling.
Cassava provides a distinct material narrative for brands building a broader plant-based cat litter assortment.
Particle size, functional blend, fragrance and packaging barrier can be adjusted around the target market and price position.
A familiar mineral clumping category for volume retail and distributor programs. Sodium bentonite is valued for swelling and clump formation, while calcium bentonite is commonly used for absorption; the final blend and granule distribution shape clump strength, dust, tracking and bulk density. Approve the commercial result through sample testing instead of relying on the material name alone.
A well-understood mineral litter format that is easy to position across value, mainstream and upgraded retail tiers.
Discuss granule mix, clumping target, dust control, odor-control direction and fragrance for the intended channel.
Plan bags, handles, pails, pack weights and private-label artwork around shelf, logistics and price architecture.
A blended litter direction for projects that need to balance material story, performance targets, handling and price position. Tofu, mineral and functional components can be discussed as a system rather than treated as interchangeable ingredients.
Use a blended direction to target a practical balance of clumping, dust, tracking, weight and price.
Material ratio, particle compatibility, fragrance and functional additives can support a range that is harder to copy.
A mixed family can help fill the gap between a core mineral line and a premium plant-based hero product.
An absorbent crystal format for brands seeking lightweight handling and clear visual differentiation from plant-fiber and mineral ranges. Crystal size, color, fragrance, absorption target and packaging barrier should be confirmed as one complete project specification.
The crystal format supports a lighter-feeling product direction for retail handling, storage and consumer use.
Crystal size, natural appearance, color accents and fragrance options can help create recognizable variants.
Absorption and odor-control targets can be developed for buyers planning a convenient crystal litter range.
