WHY MOISTURE CONTROL MATTERS
Plant-based litter can change during storage if the product, seal or bag structure does not suit the intended environment. The final packaging decision should therefore be made with the commercial formula, not from an empty artwork mock-up.
WHAT BUYERS SHOULD CONFIRM
Review film structure, barrier direction, bag dimensions, filling weight, sealing width, zipper or handle construction, puncture resistance and the storage conditions expected in the destination market.
RUN A FILLED-BAG TRIAL
Check seal appearance, leakage, drop handling, compression, pallet stacking and product condition after storage. Reopen trial bags to compare moisture, fragrance, dust and clump behaviour with the approved reference sample.
CONNECT ARTWORK TO THE REAL BAG
Allow for seals, gussets, folds, registration tolerance, barcode placement and required destination-language information. Keep important text away from structural edges and confirm color on the actual print process.
APPROVE ONE COMPLETE SKU
Record the formula, net weight, film structure, dieline revision, carton quantity and final artwork together. A packaging approval is incomplete if any of these items still refers to a different sample or revision.
