CURRENT DIELINE REFERENCES
The current 2 kg tofu litter dieline is 530 mm wide by 410 mm high. The current 2.5 kg and 3 kg dielines are both marked 590 mm wide by 450 mm high.
WHAT TO CONFIRM BEFORE PRODUCTION
Net weight; bag structure and moisture barrier; front, back and side-panel artwork; sealing allowance; carton quantity; outer-carton dimensions; pallet plan; destination-language labels; barcode requirements; and the final approved production sample.
WHY THE BARRIER MATTERS
Plant-based and crystal products can be sensitive to moisture during storage and transport. Packaging decisions should be tested with the actual SKU and intended logistics route rather than selected from artwork dimensions alone.
PRODUCTION NOTE
The 2.5 kg and 3 kg source files currently show the same overall dieline dimensions. Their suitability must be reconfirmed with the packaging supplier or factory before artwork approval and commercial production.
